Hampden’s DOK marque is Jamaican rum at its most expressive—intensely aromatic, funky, and alive with tropical fruit. Drawing on my experience selecting Four Roses OESO casks, I re-casked this 17-year-old rum to add dark fruit and gentle sweetness, with notes of grilled BBQ pineapple and overripe banana, without losing its unmistakable character.
